Understand that this is a benediction, a “good word”, a sending forth for BELIEVERS, indwelled by the Holy Spirit, who are desiring to follow the will of God. It does NOT mean that God sent you or wanted you in a crack house or in other places, with other people, doing other things that are not in His will. However, God most certainly will use one’s addiction and other dysfunctional or rebellious behaviors, driving a person to her knees, in order to get her into a position to listen to Him.
