Titus 2 Partnership Ministry Activities -Sept 2025

  • Made referral to local church resources to secure apartment furnishings for agency and individuals working with a homeless older female with disability in Florida.
  • Taught 2 sessions of 4 classes at three recovery programs- Sept. 4-5 and Sept. 25-26.
  • Hope Inspired Ministry’s Monday Mentor/Mentee lunch appointments completed 9/7, 9/14, 9/21
  • Sponsored and took a young man who has completed a year-long life recovery program to the Walk to Emmaus at Bethlehem Family Camp, attending Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday events and returning him home to Florida. He had a wonderful weekend and met many new brothers in Christ.
  • Took a woman from a PC Beach recovery program to court out of state to address legal requirement to complete another aspect of her life recovery and move forward to independent living and financial stability.
  • Mentored a young woman at Hope Inspired Ministries as she works through a six-week program to prepare for and begin full time employment each Monday in September. She completes the program on September 26 and, as of September 15, has already been offered a full-time job! Met with her and her husband one time.
  • Provided three Bay Way Trolley passes to women beginning employment at Bethel Village’s transitional program.
  • Delivered congratulatory cards and $20 Dollar General gift cards to four women who graduated from PCRM Bethel Village’s transitional program after each secured residences in a new facility on Florida Avenue in Panama City. They worked very hard! Two are now working full time. Two are on disability and are grateful to have overcome homelessness by working with local agencies.
  • Provided financial assistance to a gentleman and his fiance’ during a job transition for utility bills and other needs and referred him to Hope Inspired Ministries for job counseling and clothes closet.
  • Visited Christ Methodist Church, Port St. Joe, attended a fish fry supper and informational presentation by Pastor Isaac Kyambadde (of Wayange District in Uganda) as he and Pastor Terry Tatum gave a report on the Jesus Film Project evangelism activities in Uganda, church construction, and bore hole wells accomplished through Bay County partnerships. Titus 2 is a donor to the Jesus Film Project.
  • Shipped the 35 pairs of “The Shoe that Grows” to a ministry partner in Houston who will deliver them to Sula, Honduras to Kris and Steve Nelson in October.
  • Wrote reference letter on behalf of woman graduating from long term life recovery program in Florida.
  • Completed Meals on Wheels delivery for September, as scheduled. Route has 10 stops, 13 individuals.
  • Provided 6 hours of volunteer case management assistance to Bethel Village staff and assessment training to a case manager who is charged with updating Bethel Village’s transitional program.
  • Titus 2 purchased, prepared, and served lunch for graduating students, mentors, and staff at Hope Inspired Ministries on Wednesday, September 24.
  • Met with a program director to discuss model and logistics for expanding program to present to licensing personnel in Florida.
  • Met with a homeless woman of several months’ acquaintance who has found temporary shelter. Took her to dinner, a Christian comedy show, and purchased a box fan for her use in the un-air conditioned home where she has a private room.
  • Provided airport / hotel transportation for several staff members with Seedbed.com during 3 day New Room Conference in Montgomery. Hosted 2 out of town attendees in my home during the conference.
  • Provided a city bus monthly pass for a mimimally-resourced woman with a walker who is awaiting the start of disability assistance payments.
  • Assisted with a medical co-pay for an elderly indigent individual through a local doctor’s office.
  • Made 3 referrals to long term residential programs
  • Individual counseling sessions: 10 individuals/ 10.5 hours
  • Visitations: homebound recovery, hospitalizations, follow ups, welfare checks-9 individuals/ 11 hours
