-Purchase of basic lunch food items for several disabled individuals house-sharing and finding it hard to make ends meet. Made a call to rental agent regarding broken water pipe issue at the house to pursue resolving issue. Being resolved with landlord and leasing co. (1/7)
-Two Bay Way monthly bus passes for newly employed shelter residents in PC (1/20)
-Family support for woman in prison to maintain regular phone contact with her. Reports that she is doing well. I talked to her sister and saw photos from recent Christmas family visit. (1/3)
-Provided “warm hands” packets to distribute at One Church Mission homeless center for cold weather, along with large gift box of chocolates for the mission’s Wed evening Bible study group. (1/7)

-Volunteering weekly to mentor a woman in the six-week cohort class of Hope Inspired Ministry’s employment training.
And entered partnership with H.I.M. to assist with work required items, as requested, for students entering job internships.

-Assisted PC Rescue Mission transitional client with Lyft transportation costs for a week to get to and from job. (1/9)
-Assisted unemployed homeless woman who had been laid off out of state and who came to Bay Co. to be near family with resume review and update and distribution to local professional acquaintances and assistance with cost of a certification requirement to strengthen job opportunities in her field. (1/8)
-Shared cost of 2 Greyhound bus tickets to go to out of state recovery program, sharing cost with partner church in Panama City where a homeless married couple had come seeking assistance to get to an approved addiction recovery program. Completed case management interviews, documentation, and verification process for benevolence request and met them at the bus station. Prayed with them and secured receipts for church and Titus 2. -Met with young woman in PC Mission transition shelter who is attending Gulf Coast College’s TRIO scholarship program in sociology. Helped her identify and make contact with potential non-profits for part-time employment through the GC career center grant employment program and possible internships in her field. (1/8)
-Toured new construction for education ministry expansion at partner church, Lynn Haven Methodist (GMC), for which Titus 2 has provided some building fund support for children’s dept and additional classrooms for youth and adults. (1/7)

-Paid bill for a single woman distressed at a retail shop when her card wouldn’t work for a needed purchase (1/9)

-Placed a Christmas tree and various household items with families without resources to purchase through private online sharing group.

-Secured 2 donated lamps and a very nice metal coffee table for new re-opening of women and children’s shelter in Montgomery. (1/19)
-Partnership begun with downtown Montgomery bake and coffee shop for support of small groups meeting there (widows’ group, book clubs, reading groups, Bible studies) and for hospitality to downtown homeless population by providing monthly donation to “pay it forward” fund to offer free coffee or food to indigent community neighbors during cold winter days. Donated 2 Bunn Airpot coffee urns for building support for community group events.
-Restocked Titus 2’s donated free coffee service cart for One Church Mission to aid clothes closet visitors as well as Wednesday night community Bible study guests. (1/26)

-Transported a woman in a long term FL transitional program out of state to recover what she could of her valuable personal items in a paid storage unit after her family could no longer pay for it while she continues her relocation and new employment search. (1/25-26)
-Provided assistance with hotel stay for a woman on fixed income to take her elderly spouse out of town for overnight cancer surgery. (1/23)
-Transported woman back from out of state to FL long term program after recovering her personal items. (1/29)
-Provided ethnic hair products for black female for her to use to prepare her hair for upcoming job interviews (1/27)
-Delivered box of personal clothing , mail, and other belongings from a FL program to a woman currently in AL staying with her family while awaiting final court hearing on charges from a prior case that is being handled by an AL attorney. (1/26)
-Prepared year-end record keeping tasks for bookkeeper and CPA to complete 2025 financial reports for required non-profit agency reporting. (1/23-25, 16 hours)
-Provided one-way bus ticket and food for travel for a homeless individual leaving Montgomery to return to permanent housing with family in GA.
-Attended monthly meeting in Bay County of service providers and ministry partners for resource sharing and case reviews (1/30)
-Employment counseling including, referrals, resume review and edits for client in job search (1/30)
-Participated in multicultural community Bible studies on Wednesday night. Good attendance building in group. (1/14,21,28)
