“There is a great article in the News Herald about the Titus 2 recovery program for women. This program is faith based and supports women dealing with substance abuse or other issues. Yesterday Messiah Lutheran Church held an English Tea to benefit Titus 2. It was a beautiful day and the ladies were humbled and thankful for the outpouring of love!
