In our Emotional Literacy classes at Titus 2, we talk about the BIG FOUR- mad, sad, glad, bad……the main ones to which people resort. We teach understanding and expressing the broader and more subtle emotions more effectively.
one counselor friend added that we need to teach boys emotional literacy so they have healthy ways of expressing themselves.
