From my journal 12/2/2018….
“With each opportunity to tell others about the wonders of Christ’s love as he has worked in our lives comes a greater degree of confidence that God has been bringing one through experiences which, when consecrated to Him and understood in the context of Scripture, He can use to touch others.
Each follower of Christ has a story to tell. If we are obedient to God and consecrate our lives to Him, those stories become, in part, the means by which He touches other lives. I am grateful for the opportunity to tell the story, Christ’s story, and the small part that He allows me to have in sharing it with others.”
My pastor met this week with some regular attendees to our church to discuss an upcoming service for baptisms and joining church. He said as they talked together and shared their respective stories of coming to Christ, all of them were touched by the presence of the Holy Spirit…..
