From 9/27/2014…..
“I am one blessed woman…….At the end of the day, this one has been quite happy and productive. I am so grateful for the blessing of family, friends, students, God’s call on my life and having the strength and desire to know and follow hard after Him!
Yesterday I heard a woman 10-15 years or so my senior, in conversation over lunch, say that she and her husband had just that morning had a conversation about their lives….and were happy to say that they are coming to the dusk of their lives content and satisfied that they have lived in keeping with God’s will and have enjoyed their lives together. It is a good thing to be content and satisfied in life, confident that one’s life has counted for something good….to herself and, hopefully, to others.”
Today- 9/27/2022:
I miss Bill so much, but I know God still has work for me to do and goes before me each day. Yesterday and today have been days of knowing I’m exactly where God wants me. It’s a sweet, peaceful feeling….
